• Only 8 min by foot to the center, 5 min by foot to the swimming hall with sauna and skating hall
• In summer central point of departure for all excursions, trips and hikes, only 10 min to the lake and public bath
• In winter ski slope directly to the house, next cable car (CityXpress) reachable by skis from here or in 5 min by foot, ski bus stop 100 m far

Own car park in front of our house, garage on request.

We offer you fresh bread service daily.

Pets allowed (after agreement). Internet access by WLAN possible.

We provide a lockable ski deposit, a ski boot room with drying rack, bike deposit .

Toboggun-run in front of the house (illuminated in the evening).
All our guests can buy the TOP5 Card at any time.
